Physicians for Human Rights is a US-based not-for-profit human rights NGO that uses medicine and science to document and advocate against mass atrocities and severe human rights violations around the world. They document the deliberate targeting of health care systems and personnel, and advocate to hold violators to account.
The Safeguarding Health in Conflict Coalition promotes the security of health workers and services threatened by war or civil unrest. They collate a number of reports and resources on this page of their website.
The Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) Foundation is a global medical relief organization that is working on the front lines of crisis relief in Syria, in neighbouring countries, and beyond to save lives and alleviate suffering. SAMS proudly provides medical care and treatment to every patient in need and they are a member of the Safeguarding Health in Conflict Coalition.
