The RIAH Consortium organised a series of meetings (referred to here as “panels”) with expert researchers and practitioners working in the health or humanitarian sectors. The meeting focused on developing a conceptual evaluation framework and identifying appropriate methods to conduct studies on the impact of attacks on healthcare. This document summarizes the meeting discussions and contributions.
